Changing your life by changing your mind
Nicolette’s deep understanding of where she stood in relation to her life and her loved ones revealed something eye-opening for her; that she was basing her life almost completely on other people’s needs and desires.
By coming to this understanding, sitting with it, accepting it, and working through it, she was able to make changes that chartered a new course in her life.
How to trust your intuition
One of the ways in which you can remain in communication with your intuition is to remain open to new ideas, information, and perspectives.
When you get stuck or cling to only one way of doing things or seeing a situation, you can lose out on so much.
Nicolette took two months off work to reassess her life, and she learned that it’s okay when things don’t work out because it means that there’s something else out there for you. You can let go and trust that what you will receive will be bigger and better.
She experienced this, since she quit her job, and spent two months reassessing, and the next job she got was with a higher pay and more aligned to her principles.
Nicolette’s advice to listeners
Sit down, quieten the noise in your mind without identifying yourself to it, and be still. Remember that your thoughts are not yours.
Go back to your inner self, that inner child, and reconnect with what you felt or desired to do as a child – that feeling or desire will never leave you, and you can incorporate those dreams into your life today.
