Endings can be profound
What if, even for today, you practice choosing to see endings not as a full conclusion, but as a doorway to a new beginning?
Endings can bring up so many emotions. However, the way that you decide to perceive them is ultimately how you make sense of them. Can you practice gently challenging yourself to see endings just as a type of beginning?
Make intentions, not just resolutions
If you look back on your year thus far, are there things that you would like to leave here with it? A mindset, a habit, or a belief that you know has been holding you back from pursuing the new versions of yourself and your life?
What lies ahead?
A new year is like a blank canvas stretched before you, full of possibility and opportunity. You can use it to redefine yourself, pursue new dreams, and embrace the unknown as unknown parts of yourself that you can still meet.
What can you leave behind that no longer serves you? What has helped you in the past that you can now also let go, with gratitude, to make space for what is still to come?
Thank you, my listeners!
Thank you for being part of this journey! Your support, stories, and presence have made Sensitive in Nature a place of connection and reflection.

See you in 2024!
