What is nature-informed therapy? 

On the other hand, nature-informed therapy integrates the healing power and energy of nature into the therapeutic process. 

It recognizes that nature can positively impact our well-being, and it incorporates natural elements and environment into the therapy sessions. 

Nature informed therapy harnesses the calming and restorative effects of nature to support individuals in their healing journey. It’s a beautiful fusion of psychology and the natural world.

How these approaches complement one another

Trauma-informed therapy provides a framework for understanding and addressing trauma, while nature-informed therapy offers a unique environment for healing to take place.
